Return and refund policy
At Blinks Emporium, we prioritize the satisfaction of our customers. Due to the diverse nature of our catalog, we have specific guidelines for returns.
1. Return Window
We offer a 30-Day Return Policy for eligible items. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
2. Non-Returnable Items (Final Sale)
To ensure the safety and hygiene of our products, items in the following categories are considered Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

Consumables:Â Coffee (Whole bean or ground), and Tea..

Gift Cards.
Damaged/Defective Exception: If a perishable item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us immediately at support@blinksemporium.com with photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
3. Returnable Items (General Merchandise)
For items not listed above (such as accessories), returns are accepted provided they meet these criteria:

The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

It must be in the original packaging with all tags, manuals, and accessories included.
4. Fees & Shipping Costs

Restocking Fee: A 5% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund to cover inspection and repacking.

Return Shipping Label:Â The customer is responsible for paying return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
5. How to Start a Return
Because we source from multiple suppliers, do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer on the shipping label.

Email us at support@blinksemporium.com with your Order Number and reason for return.

We will provide you with the correct Return Address for your specific item.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
6. Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7-14 business days, minus the 5% restocking fee.
